Our next class will begin January 9, 2013

Application

Enrollment in the Spring 2013 classes is limited to 24 people per site, and the classes will fill as applications are received. 

Lower Valley classes will be held at the Cameron County Annex Building located at the corner of Williams Road and Hwy. 77/83 in San Benito.  Orientation will be January 9, 2013 from 6 – 9 p.m., and the first class will be January 16, 2013 (Wed. classes). 

Upper Valley classes will be held at Bentsen State Park, 2800 S. Bentsen Palm Dr. in Mission.  Orientation will be January 10, 2013 from 6 – 9 p.m., and the first class will be on January 15, 2013 (Tues. classes).  All classes will begin promptly at 6 p.m. and end at 9 p.m.   

Trainees must be available for Orientation as well as all 10 weeks of class.  Any applicant who misses Orientation must contact the Education Committee Chairman in order to remain in the class.  If warranted, a refund of $115 (less the background check fee) will be made.  Most, but not all, field trips will be scheduled on Saturdays during the training period.
